- For an additional fee, Southern Classic Estates will dispose of any items not sold during the estate sale. Any unsold items will be donated to the charity of your choice or to one of our local charities. We do not resell items that do not sell during the original estate sale unless requested to do so by the client.
- For an additional fee, Southern Classic Estates will clean the house and prepare it for immediate occupancy or sale.
